Description

Folios 431-433: Detention of certain enemy subjects: refers to a telegram regarding discretion to retain the two officials at Amani, states that the services and persons in charge of the Leper and Lunatic Asylums are important and would be difficult to provide, and suggests that Herr Kostlin and Herr Jedding would be useful to the Union government if sent to South Africa with women and children.
