The Skills for Life Improvement Programme was an initiative of the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA); the programme came to an end on 31 August 2009. The snapshots for this website were taken from April 2009 after the QIA had been reorganised in June 2008 to become the Learning and Skills Improvement Service.
