Description

Folios 70-75: Repatriation and German families: indicates the present position regarding the matter and states that relief measures dealing with cases of want have proved satisfactory, and observes that a delay in repatriation is delaying other projects, such as the replacement of Germans by British missionaries and the placing of enemy properties in the hands of the receivers.
