Folios 66-69: German currency notes: asks for his views regarding the redemption of German currency notes given to certain British missionaries in German East Africa in exchange for silver coin, and states that it would be undesirable to give preferential treatment to these missionaries who should be advised to register their claims with the Foreign Claims Office.
