Robinson to Customs commissioners, advising that the 'Thomas and Mary' is intending to load one-hundred cannon. Folio 108. Robinson to Porten, dated at Treasury Chambers. Enclosing: Folio 109-110. Edward Stanley to Robinson, dated at Customs House, London. An order of council would be needed to load.
