Folios 94-105. A letter from John Robinson to Wm [William] Fraser concerning new warrants requiring royal signatures, for Treasury, Admiralty and the Board of Trade commissioners. They will need to be published in the [London] Gazette tomorrow. Folio 96. Robinson to Fraser. The warrants cannot be ready for one o'clock. Folio 97-98. Robinson [?to Porten], dated at Syon Hill [Middlesex]. He is concerned that the appointments have not been gazetted. Folio 99. Robinson to Porten, dated at Syon Hill [Middlesex]. The King expects the warrants. Folio 100. Robinson [?to Porten], with minutes of arrangements needed for publication in tonight's gazette. Folio 102-103. Memorandum, naming: Charles Wolfran Cornwall, to be Justice in Eyre vice Lord Lyttelton; Honourable Charles Francis [Fulke] Grenville, Vice Admiral George Darby and William Jolliffe, lords of Admiralty, vice Lord Lisburn, John Bullen, and Admiral Mann; Richard Combe, Treasury of the Ordnance; Sir William Gordon and Level [Lovell] Stanhope, to be clerks of the Board of Greencloth, in room of Sir Richard Worseley and Mr Nassau; Thomas Bowlby, commissioner of muster. Enclosed in: Folio 104-105. Robinson to Fraser, naming, as above, plus: Sir Richard Sutton, Hans Sloan[e] and Benjamin Langlois, at Board of Trade; Henry Strachey, Ordnance Store keeper; John Kenrick, clerk of the Deliveries; Comptroller of Army accounts, Christopher D'Oyley; Viscount Cranburn, Treasurer of the Household ; vice Lord Onslow, Lord of the Bedchamber; John Ross Mackaye, Receiver of the stamp Duties, vice William Poole, deceased.
