Folio 60. A letter from John Robinson to Sir Stanier Porten concerning the governorship of Milford Haven, appointing John Campbell in the room of Wyrriott Owen. As Campbell's candidacy is desired in the imminent election for Cardigan [Boroughs], for which he needs to vacate his seat at Nairn [Nairnshire], it is desired that the warrant appointing him governor be prepared as soon as possible.
