Parties: The Right Honourable John Viscount Scudamore and William Scudamore of Ballingham, Esquire.

Places or Subject: A forge near Cary [Carey] Mill the part whereon the same was built and a pasture adjoining and Carry Mill the coppice of woods of John Viscount Scudamore Homelacy [Holme Lacy], Boulston [Bolstone], Lanwarn [Llanwarne], Little Birch, Little Dewchurch, Foy, Much Marcle, Yatton and Upton Bishop (except as is excepted) and timber trees and woods in the parish of Woolhope, Herefordshire.
