Description

Folios 145-149. A letter from John Robinson concerning an application for Mr [Roger] Palmer to be made a baronet of Ireland [as Sir Roger Palmer of Castle Lackin, baronet.] Folio 147. A letter from Sir J [?John] Blaquiere, enclosing: Folio 148-149. A letter from ?Ri [?Sir Richard] Heron, dated at Dublin Castle, concerning Lord Buckingham's request in favour of Palmer. Mentions Lord Harcourt's recommendation; and the departure of the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.
