Folios 78-86. A report accounting for the increased expense of freight to America in recent years by the Treasury Board, especially for victualling the army. Details rates per ton, increased wages for seamen during hostilities, and explains the different price structure of shipping costs met by the Treasury compared with the Royal Navy Board. Lists of ships A, B, C, D, and E are enclosed [but not filed here] with details of the numbers of ships involved.
