Folios 188-189. Letter from John Robinson to [Sir Stanier Porten] that the only effective measure for stopping the export of the copper sheathing is to lay an embargo on such sheathing. Both Lord North and Lord Sandwich agree to the imposition of an embargo 'if agreeable to Lord Weymouth'.
