Letter dated at St James's from Lord Weymouth to the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury that James Douglas having been appointed as Consul General in the kingdom of Naples in place of Isaac Jamineau is to be paid the £400 per annum allowance beginning 21 August 1779, payment to Mr Jamineau ceasing the day before.
