Folios 143-144. Letter dated at St James's from Lord Weymouth to the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury that the Customs' Commissioners be directed to give orders to all the commanders of all ships and vessels in their service at the different ports to go to the places specified in the enclosed letter and to follow such orders as shall be given by the commanding officers on those stations until the present threat of an attack by the combined French and Spanish fleets is over. Enclosure not filed here but see folio 151 below.
