Name: A Llewellyn.
Occupation: Platelayer.
Place of accident: Maesmawr Junction, Glamorgan.
Injury: Killed.
Details of accident: As the 10:38 passenger train from Cardiff to Merthyr passed Maesmawr Junction Llewellyn was struck and fatally wounded. It was foggy and the steam lay low over the engine. The speed of the train had been reduced and the whistle blown.
