Note dated at Dover Street [London] from Lord Ashburnham to Lord Hillsborough that as requested he is sending the person who has not only obtained a list of the names of those who can give evidence against the school master at Chelsea but can also name another person 'who can depose that the school master boasted of is having some combustible matter of a peculiar nature in his possession before the fire of Newgate happened'.
