Letter dated at Apsley House from Lord Bathurst to [?Lord Hillsborough] regarding information from Lord Ashburnham given by his servant about a schoolmaster at Chelsea who, when drunk, had produced a large lock which he said belonged to Newgate adding 'this will be a good present for France to show we have not been idle'.
