Folio 71. Letter dated at Hayes [Middlesex] from Tho [Thomas] Bishop to [Lord Hillsborough] reminding him that as a result of the destruction of the prisons there are many of the most daring housebreakers and robbers at large but no reward having been offered for their capture he fears they will 'continue to spread an alarm round the metropolis and be the first to incite and join future rioters'.
