Folios 330-331: William Bligh, Governor New South Wales, Sydney. Is sending all the transactions which led to a Court of Enquiry on Captain Joseph Short and his Officers. In addition he is sending another letter from Lieutenant Tetley complaining about the severity of Captain Short’s behaviour to him.

Folios 332-333: Enclosure in folios 330-331: Lieutenant Tetley, HMS Porpoise, Sydney Cove to Governor William Bligh 20th December 1806. Complaints about his treatment at the hands of Captain Joseph Short, wishes this letter and his letter of 15th November 1806 to be sent to the Admiralty.
