Folios 328-329: Enclosure in folios 314-315: Lieutenant Tetley, HMS Porpoise, Sydney Cove to Governor William Bligh, December 28th 1806. Complaint against Captain Joseph Short in the manner in which he freed himself and Daniel Lye, still referring to them as prisoners when he read the Articles of War.
