Folios 106-107. A letter to John Robinson , dated at Customs House, London, concerning the brigantine 'Industry', under a Captain McFarlin, expected from Barnstaple [Barnstable, Massachusetts] or Welfleet [Wellfleet] New England. It is to be stopped on suspicion of carrying letters and papers from people now in rebellion. Refers to a practice, in such case, of vessels lying near the Isle of Wight, and calling for a pilot.
