Folio 97. A letter from Lord North to the Earl of Rochford, dated at Downing Street [Middlesex], concerning the case of Thomas Gibbons, a [King's] messenger attending the Treasury. He is now a Poor Knight of Windsor, and exemptions is sought from some duties, so as not to interfere with those at the Treasury.
