Folio 92. Draft of a letter from the Earl of Suffolk to the Lords of the Treasury, dated at St James's [Middlesex], concerning repatriating of dissatisfied Scottish emigrants to America. Requests their opinion of a plan to return those who are well-affected and not under special contract, in order to undeceive Scots of the advantages of emigration.
