A letter signed 'Your Lordship's unknown humble servant G:G' addressed to [Lord Stormont] that it would be prudent for the Government to endeavour to secure the arms, or the interest and fidelity of such gunmakers, as have large stock on hands' and to extend this to Birmingham.
