Folios 88-89. Folio 88.Letter dated at the War Office from Mr Lewis to 'Dear Sir' enclosing:- Folio 89. A letter signed 'Your Lordship's unknown humble servant G:G' addressed to [Lord Stormont] that it would be prudent for the Government to endeavour to secure the arms, or the interest and fidelity of such gunmakers, as have large stock on hands' and to extend this to Birmingham.
