Description

Folio 87. Letter from [?Lord Stormont] to the Lord Mayor of London sending, by order of the King, 'an authentic copy of a proclamation issued and signed by His Majesty in Council this afternoon. Your Lordship will, no doubt, think it necessary to publish this proclamation throughout the City of London in the earliest and most efficient manner'.
