Captured ship: Prophet Daniel of Stettin (master Daniel Kruse or Krusen).
History: a Swedish merchant ship (60 tons) bound from Stettin to Amsterdam, laden with wheat and sheep skins; aken by two French privateers, the Mignonne of Calais (Daniel MacDonnell commanding) and the Judith (Charles Battemman commanding), retaken in or before April 1694 by HMS Essex (William Wright commanding) and HMS Edgar (Andrew Pedder commanding), and brought into the River Thames.
