Description

Captured ship: St Pierre Antoine or St Peter Anthony (master Anthony or Antoine Friso).

History: a French fishing vessel (100 tons) bound from France to the banks of Newfoundland and back, laden with fish and salt; taken on 1/11 October 1692 off the Banks of Newfoundland by HMS St Albans (Thomas Guillam commanding), and brought into Cork.
