Description

Captured ship: St Peter of Dublin (actual master David Devenishe, with Jacob Mandoch posing as master).

History: an Irish ship, bound from Bruges to Dublin, but pretending to be bound to Glasgow, laden with hops; taken in April 1690 by HMS Ruby Frigate (Frederick Froude commanding).
