Folios 357-358: Memorial by the Lieutenants and other Officers of HMS Gannet under the command of Edward Bass, Falmouth. They have made several seizures of smuggled goods during the time Captain Colgrave and Captain Burrows commanded HMS Gannet and several since Captain bass commanded her, sharing the prize money in the ususal way. However recently Captain Bass claimed more than the usual share. Asks for him to be directed to make the proper share.
