Folios 151-152. A letter from Will [William] Hay, dated at Fleet Street [London]. Hay was formerly Overseer and Corrector of H M Printing Office until 1775, and then put forward by the Archbishop of Canterbury [Frederick Cornwallis] for the office of Stationer, Bookseller and Bookbinder to Parliament in the room of Mr Basket. Copies a the Lord Great Chamberlain, the Duke of Ancaster patent.
