Folios 145-146. A letter from Anth [Anthony] Todd to Sir Stanier Porten, dated at the General Post Office. Concerns a packet boat from each of the Harwich [Essex] and Dover [Kent] stations being ordered to the Downs [during an invasion scare]. Neither the 'Prince of Orange', Captain Bridge, and the 'Courier', Captain Cannon, has yet been deployed.
