Copy of a letter from Viscount Weymouth to the postmasters-general [Henry Carteret and Baron le Despencer], dated at St James's [Middlesex] concerning deploying spare packet boats in national defence during the present invasion threat. Dover and Harwich vessels should proceed to the Downs [off Deal]; Falmouth vessels should stay put.
