A letter from Sir John Trevelyan to Cooper, dated at Nettlecombe, Somerset, concerning the case of Michael Winter, Master of the 'Judith', and now a prisoner in Aix at [en] Provance [France]. He is de Trevelyan's neighbour, and he would like an exchange arranged for him.
