Concerns 20 or 30 families who are 'very hateful and obnoxious to the protestant refugees' from France of whom he estimates 20,000 live about Spitalfields [London] and Bethnal Green [Middlesex]. Details the disturbance cause by a [Roman] Catholic man recently come from France.
