Folios 94-95. A letter from Thomas de Grey to W [William] Fraser Esquire, dated at Whitehall [Middlesex]. Concerns an enclosed [draft text of an] address [?Humble Address] [not filed here] signed by 108 people, of interest to Lord Weymouth. Folio 95. Subsequent letter on same day from Grey to Fraser, dated at Whitehall. He has had an 'application in form from the Genrl [general] who presented the address desiring the names may not be published'.
