Description

Folios 35-36. Extract of a letter from Thomas Harrison, read by Lady Spencer to Viscount Weymouth yesterday, petitioning for mercy in the case of three condemned convicts in Northampton [Northamptonshire] gaol, two for horse theft, and one for negotiating a bill he'd taken form the mail. Mentions the dangers of climate in the India or Africa service.
