Captured ship: Margareta or Margaret of Ostend (master Jan Roelincx).
History: a Spanish Netherlands merchant ship (50 tons) bound from Nantes to Ostend, laden with wine and brandy; taken on 22 July / 1 August 1691 off Belle Isle by the privateers Elizabeth and Catherine (William Young commanding) and Postillion (Henry Martin commanding), and brought into Dover.
