Captured ships: Marguerite of Bordeaux (master Etienne or Stephen Adrian) and Magdalen of Bordeaux (master Isaac Favre).
History: two French merchant ships (40 tons) bound from Bordeaux to Guernsey, laden with wine and brandy; arrived at Guernsey 11/21 May 1689 and were likely seized in port.
