History: a French merchant ship (50 tons, 2 guns, 12 men, French and Genoese plus 6 English prisoners of war and 2 passengers) bound from Marseilles to Lisbon, laden with wine, brandy, pitch, silk and apothecary drugs; taken on 6/16 June 1693 off Cape St Vincent by the privateer Cloudesley Galley (Samuel Fuller commanding), and brought into Cadiz.
