Captured ships: Juffrouw Maria or Madam Mary of Rotterdam (master Joost Jansen van der Goos).
History: a Dutch merchant ship (flyboat, 250 tons) bound from Newcastle to Hull, laden with lead, coals, tar; taken on 16/26 May 1691 by the French privateer Triponne (Jean Glasson commanding) retaken on 18/28 May 1691 off Calais by HMS Lyon (Robert Wyseman commanding), and brought into the Downs. The ship was captured along with the Seaflower.
