History: an English merchant ship (70 tons, 3 guns, 9 men - 7 Englishmen and 2 Spaniards')bound from San Sebastian to London, taken by a French privateer, retaken by English naval ships (all unnamed in the court papers) during November 1697, and brought into Plymouth.
