Captured ship: St Julien of Granville (master Jean Le Noble).
History: a French merchant ship (5 tons, 3 men) bound from Avranches to Granville, laden with slates, empty casks; taken on 22 August 1691 off Cape Fréhel by the privateer Hare (John Stephens commanding), and brought into Guernsey.
