Captured ship: St Jacob of Stade (master Paul Claesen).
History: a Swedish merchant ship (140 tons) bound from St Martin de Re to Stockholm, laden with salt; taken on 17/27 April 1693 off Île de Batz by the privateer Rook Frigott (John Mitchell commanding), and brought into Plymouth.
