Folios 255-257: Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa at Spithead. Acknowledges instructions that Sir Ralph Abercromby and another General Officer and four or five other officers of their suite shall have a passage to the West Indies on HMS Arethusa. States that he is two Lieutenants short and asks for these vacancies to be filled and that Richard Fraser the present Lieutenant remain as the senior one.
