Folios 253-255: Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa at Spithead. Acknowledges that General Sir Ralph Abercromby and another General Officer with their aides de camp shall be sent to the West Indies in HMS Arethusa and that no other passenger be permitted to go out in the ship. Makes reference to ships he captured while in command of HMS Brilliant and he having to be available. States that he does not wish to be detained in the West Indies owing to his bilious nature, having already having to quit his ships twice there. Does not think his health will permit him to serve in the West Indies.
