Folios 249-251: Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa at Spithead. Reports that though the weather is more moderate there does not appear to be a shift in wind and as the beer and water on board is much expended he thought it necessary to proceed to Spithead especially as craft could not be sent so far as St Helens from the great demands made by the Fleet at Spithead for supplies. When the weather improves will take the first opportunity to sail.
