Folios 243-245: Mark Robinson, HMS Arethusa, Cowes Road. Reports not being able to sail with HMS Arethusa, HMS Topaze and HMS Pegasus owing to beer and water not being sent on board HMS Arethusa, even though this was demanded on 29 December. Describes his repeated efforts to sail being hampered by bad weather.
