Folios 238-240: Bartholomew Roberts, London. Concerning a hearing in the Kings Bench brought against him by adherents of a Mr Thelwall in connection with a disturbance that alledgedly took place in August. Thelwall accused of a 'wicked design' of preventing men joining H.M. forces by spurious speeches. Roberts asks the Admiralty to act on his behalf and that of his men against the allegations made.
