Captured ship: Green Linden Tree or Groen Linde of Stockholm (master Lijeve Heeres).
History: a Swedish merchant ship (250 tons) bound from Bordeaux to Stockholm, laden with wine, prunes, honey, cocoa; taken on 4/14 July 1697 off Plymouth by HMS Content (Havenden Walker commanding), and brought into Plymouth.
