Captured ship: Francis of Renneville (master Guillaume Carouge).
History: a French merchant ship (gabarre, 9 tons) bound from St Malo to Renneville, laden with olive oil; taken during December 1693 by the privateer Flying Horse (George Bennett commanding) and brought into Jersey.
