Description

Captured ship: Fortune of Copenhagen (master Peter Hansen).

History: a Danish merchant ship (8 men) bound from Bordeaux to Copenhagen, laden with wine; taken during October or November 1691 while part of the Dutch convoy from Setubal by the privateer Amity (Robert Cadman commanding) and brought into Rye.
